Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

a) Damaged goods

 Salisbury Hospice Charity will replace goods which are damaged in transit. Unless otherwise specified (ie: Salisbury Hospice Charity may dispatch a courier for the collection of larger items) such items should be returned by post to:

You will be reimbursed with the cost of the return postage. Additional delivery costs will be free of charge. 

b) Lost goods

If goods ordered are not received by the customer and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, the customer should notify Salisbury Hospice Charity within 7 days of placing their order for replacement goods to be sent. Salisbury Hospice Charity will investigate lost packages. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside this time limit.

c) Faulty goods

Salisbury Hospice Charity operates a rapid replacement or no-quibble money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact Salisbury Hospice Charity by phone on 01722 416353 or by email at info@salisburyhospicecharity.org.uk, so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned to Salisbury Hospice Charity, wherever possible with their original packaging to:

Postage costs of the return of faulty goods will be reimbursed by Salisbury Hospice Charity to the customer.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel your order must be exercised on or before the seventh day following the day after the delivery of the goods. Customers wishing to exercise this right must notify Salisbury Hospice Charity by email to info@salisburyhospicecharity.org.uk or in writing to Salisbury Hospice Charity, Salisbury Hospice, Odstock Road, Salisbury, SP2 8BJ. As a condition of the right to cancel, customers must arrange at their own expense the return of the goods in a saleable condition to the address above. The goods will be deemed returned when receipt is confirmed at the above address. Customers will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the goods.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Salisbury Hospice Charity shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question.
